ABOUT My work & Me
I'm a veteran political and public affairs strategist, campaign manager, and organizational leader. Recently, I've served in senior leadership at the DNC and on the last four Democratic presidential campaigns in a range of roles, including as battleground states director, political director, and campaign manager.
I've overseen more than $250M in spending and hired hundreds of staff for a wide range of programs at national, statewide, and local levels in all 50 states. I help right-size plans and budgets, from a special purpose campaign in a 60-day sprint or an organization building long-term, sustainable, and durable operations.
I've led strategic planning for dozens of campaigns and teams. Whether restructuring existing operations or building from the ground up, I work with people to define and coalesce around a core strategy and work seamlessly together to meet their goals.
Each campaign has unique needs, and I've built sophisticated campaigns with a broad set of tactics to persuade, motivate, and influence. I help identify, prioritize, and scale programs with impact through grassroots organizing, earned media, organic content, paid media, and more.
I only work with campaigns and causes that make the world a better place. And I believe in delivering excellent work product by dedicating my time and energy to a limited portfolio of partners and clients.
I live in Washington, DC with my partner and our two kids. We love to travel, eat, play outside, and make each other laugh.
